Trywydd is built and operated by Curro Capital LLC. By using the app, you're agreeing to these terms — so here's what that actually means, in plain language.

Acceptance of these terms

Using Trywydd — creating an account, tracking a goal, checking off a habit — means you agree to these terms. If something here doesn't sit right with you, the best move is to stop using the app and let us know why.

What Trywydd is

Trywydd is a goal and habit tracking app. It's built to connect the long-term vision you're working toward with the small, daily actions that actually get you there — across whichever parts of your life matter most to you.

Free tier and Trywydd Premium

Trywydd is free to use for one life area, with full access to goals, habits, and tracking for that area. Adding more than one life area requires Trywydd Premium.

Trywydd Premium is billed either monthly at $2.99 or yearly at $19.99, and renews automatically until you cancel. Your subscription is managed entirely through your Apple ID account settings — not inside the app — and standard Apple subscription policies apply, including how cancellations and refunds are handled. We don't process payments or store any payment information ourselves; that's handled by Apple.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. If you think someone else has access to your account, change your password and reach out to us.

No guarantee of outcomes

Trywydd is a planning and tracking tool — it helps you organize your goals and stay honest about your progress toward them. It doesn't guarantee that you'll achieve any particular goal, outcome, or result in your life. What you do with what the app shows you is up to you.

Limitation of liability

Trywydd is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Curro Capital LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including any decisions you make based on the goals, habits, or reflections you track in it.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change in a meaningful way, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
